Venue and Seating Information:

Mackay Stadium, located at 1664 N. Virginia St., Reno, Nevada, serves as a prominent venue for collegiate football, with a seating capacity that allows for a vibrant game day atmosphere. The layout is designed to provide excellent views of the action, with various sections dedicated to maximizing spectator enjoyment.

For the best seating experience, the lower levels around the 50-yard line offer unparalleled views of the field, ensuring that fans remain close to the action. Sections in these areas are particularly desirable, as they provide a clear line of sight to the players and coaching staff, enhancing the overall experience.

Conversely, seats located farthest from the field can detract from the game day experience, as visibility diminishes significantly at higher elevations. However, there are several sections labeled as "okay" that seat fans behind the end zones, allowing spectators to enjoy the overall game atmosphere despite being further away from the action.

Parking Information:

Parking in and around Mackay Stadium offers various options to ensure attendees can conveniently reach the venue. Here are some of the notable parking facilities:

• Mackay Stadium Parking Lot
• University Parking Garage
• Street Parking along Virginia Street

The best parking choice is the Mackay Stadium Parking Lot, which is adjacent to the stadium, located at 1664 N. Virginia St. Pricing for this lot typically starts at approximately $20 for a game day, providing a straightforward solution for fans looking to arrive without hassle.

Other options include the University Parking Garage, which is a short walk from the stadium but may involve a slightly higher cost depending on demand. Attendees are advised to avoid street parking directly along Virginia Street, particularly on busy game days, as fines for violations are strictly enforced, and spaces can be hard to come by.
